African Forrest Elephant, Food Truck

Elephants consume 300-400 pounds of vegetation daily. This African forest elephant converted a taco truck into a vegan operation after watching her watering hole become a parking lot for a burger joint.

Forest elephant populations now occupy 10% of their potential size across 25% of their historical range, driven by human density, hunting, the absence of law enforcement, and expanding infrastructure.

The specials board lists only local food, but she's running out of everything.
